Sebastian D’Souza will be joining the team as the Director of Consulting Services, South Asia. Sebastian is based in Mumbai and will be managing clients across the Indian subcontinent and Middle East.
Sebastian has a well established career spanning over 16 years in Global Mobility & Immigration and has achieved in-depth experience in talent mobility planning and execution strategies, immigration and taxation compliances.
In his career of over 16 years at leading firms such as Crown World Mobility, Lehman Brothers, Nomura and Deloitte, he has led initiatives around mobility policy design, expatriate compensation, immigration & taxation compliances, cross border project deployments, global vendor consolidation, set up of shared services, technology updates and streamlining of talent mobility operations.
Sebastian’s experience working with expatriate families and familiarity with employment, immigration and taxation matters enables him to advise and consult with corporates on policy, assignment package structuring, regulatory compliances and vendor management.
He specializes in setting up mobility programs to address short, medium and long term mobility needs of clients. This coupled with his experience in identifying and setting up global vendor relationships helps ensure the smooth functioning of the programs with an enhanced assignee experience.
