Talent Mobility Asia is excited to announce the expansion into China with the addition of Deborah Lin to the TMA team. Deborah will be managing the consulting services for clients in North Asia, based out of Shanghai, China.
Deborah is a global mobility professional with over 15 years experience in the mobility service provider field as well as in-house corporate mobility program management. Originally from Taiwan, Deborah started her career in Singapore within the relocation management industry, gaining in-depth experience in assignment management, relocation service operation, vendor alliance management and client service delivery. She has worked with organizations on service implementation, destination service delivery planning and overall management of destination service operation.
In 2008 Deborah moved to Shanghai, China and started working as in-house mobility program manager with Cisco. She was the APJ Regional Lead for Cisco’s Global Mobility team before moving to Microsoft in 2012 to manage Microsoft’s talent mobility program in the Greater China Region. In her role as in-house mobility program manager, Deborah partnered with HR leaders to develop mobility strategies in support of various business needs such as organization expansion, localization, and M&A. Deborah is a subject matter expert in mobility strategy with extensive knowledge in expatriate tax and immigration compliance.
Deborah currently lives in Shanghai with her family, having previously lived and worked in Taiwan, Singapore, USA and China.
